The Site is operated by KINGKAY RECOVERY CORP., Toronto, Ontario (registry ID 1137909, BN 897068763). Kingkay Recovery is the service name used for fraud recovery intake; we are not a law firm.

Services

We provide informational intake and case evaluation related to online fraud. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. Any investigation or recovery work beyond evaluation requires a separate written agreement.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee recovery of funds. Examples on the Site describe case types, not promises of results. Past outcomes do not predict future performance.

Eligibility

You confirm that information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to share it.

Prohibited use

• Submitting false or misleading claims.
• Automated scraping or abuse of forms.
• Impersonating another person or entity.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or reliance on Site content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be brought in courts located in Toronto, Ontario, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws in your province.
