Not a government agency or law firm

Kingkay Recovery is a private intake and investigation-oriented service. We are not the RCMP, Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre, a court, or a regulator. We do not have special powers to seize assets or reverse blockchain transactions.

No guaranteed recovery

Cryptocurrency and online fraud cases are complex. Recovery depends on evidence, timing, jurisdictions, and third parties such as exchanges or financial institutions. We clearly state when prospects are limited.

Fees

Initial evaluation is free. Any paid engagement requires a written agreement describing fees — often aligned with successful recovery where applicable. We do not demand upfront cryptocurrency payments or untraceable transfers as a condition of evaluation.

Beware recovery scams

Criminals target people who already lost money, offering guaranteed recovery for an advance fee. Legitimate processes do not cold-call victims demanding crypto "processing fees." Report suspicious outreach to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre and local police. U.S. victims may also file with IC3.

Reporting recommended

We encourage you to report fraud to authorities before or alongside professional tracing support. Reporting creates an official record and may help broader investigations.

Illustrative ratings, case amounts, and metrics
